$SHMN: HL: Just an FYI...for the board......
In December I had asked a former coworker of mine for some assistance, regarding:-
1. Dr. Bhatt
2. Dr. Aguilar
3. Dewey
and of course Barron & Shah.
This former coworker, is ethnically Indian & unlike myself he's well known [more connected than yours truly] in the SoCAL & NorCAL high tech community.
He won't touch OTC pinks with a 10ft pole, but anyways...maybe he will now that he sees who's here.
He was surprised that Dr. Bhatt [who he says is extended family], is involved in small company such as SoHM.
He knows both Aguilar & Dewey [Actually he's acquainted with the executives in their erstwhile companies].
He stated that his acquaintances had good things to say about Aguilar & Dewey.
He didn't elaborate what the "Good things" were.
He had NO CLUE who Shah/Barron were.
Nor does he have any mutual acquaintances, with Shah/Barron.
@MPSTOCK: Like some of us have been speculating for months now...these guys are NOT in this company [SoHM] for
peanuts, NOR B/C it was the only job they got.
These guys [with their 5M Sh grant] are NOT EXCITED about $0.01....They're here for much more than that.
