It's easy to pretend that you know what's going on behind closed doors here. Did it ever occur to you that the co was in negotiations with the Carlsbad facility when the video was made on 10/16 ? Or it became available AFTER the video was made ? Did you ever consider after the acquired the Carlbad facility machinery was moved in there from SD ?

Seriously, I, and a lot of others doubt Auguilar would have lied, as you accuse him of, full well knowing that lie would be exposed in a matter of a month.
