That's the best confirmation so far. But what will they use the shell for? That's the gamble in here. Use it to purchase Temu? Then roll Temu under their umbrella? The sky's the limit what they will use it for.
If they roll their $70B comosny in here, they hand over a cool $5m market cap to us retail Scumb. Are they willing to do that?
It's all a guess. They might want to whipe all present retail out then use it? Or sell control to another?
