It is common move from private companies to buy shells like this. Specially Chinese companies... It is easier to get into the US market thru an OTC shell. Yes, I do expect a RS to happen as well but people will make money before getting to that point. Sorry, I wanted to correct myself, this is NOT a SHELL.
