#30874 RE: string #30868

According to PR, USSE and ONYI are merging, so bottom line will effect only one company, the remaining entity. However, since the PR separate spinoffs have occurred that have not been explained by a PR, although they are identified as subsidiaries on their respective websites. So far, nothing is totally clear, and it never has been since this all started. Somehow, I beleive that leaves USSE room to expand their horizons and encompass a broader range of perspectives in the "green" energy market.

As time progresses, I am sure we will all know the impact. Since the same people are involved in all the companies, it's my opinion the bottom line will impact the remaining USSE/ONYI parent company, as well as, the subsidiary that makes the sale. Right now, the only subsidiary identified as a separate company is Sustainable Power, and it has not been mentioned in the equation as part of the ethanol spinoff. Not that it could not play a role, I havenot seen it made part of the ethanol play.

This is worse than a soap opera, but certainly exciting to watch unravel.
