Diversified ethanol will sell "modular" plants. Although not mobile, the plants are packaged to be sold somewhat similar to the turbine packages.
The fuel source could be assumed to part of the Rivera process, although a multitude of sources could be used. The idea is that the plants will be self-sufficient and "green". Should be interesting to watch unfold as contracts are signed and more information sent out.
