I wouldn't take a lot of stock in those bogus financials; they've been wrong every quarter. multiple pink limited's...can you wrap your head around that concept? Or the FACT, that the company has produced 40 years of lies? or that they're 72+ million in debt? or that they have $55 in the bank? or that the stock is massively diluted? or that twitter is not doing DD? or that Globe newswire is a fraud? or just want to continue to lie?
VPER has no intellectual property, financials, are riddled with inaccuracies, and management has never purchased a share. If the preferred shares are immune to a reverse split, that will be painful for shareholders when the reverse split happens. VPER has not installed a single pole! Palos Hills appears to have moved on from VPER. The latest streetlight to be installed in Palos Hills is not VPER product. What an amazing company. Goo VPER
