VPER has no intellectual property, financials, are riddled with inaccuracies, and management has never purchased a share.
If the preferred shares are immune to a reverse split, that will be painful for shareholders when the reverse split happens.
VPER has not installed a single pole! Palos Hills appears to have moved on from VPER. The latest streetlight to be installed in Palos Hills is not VPER product.
