There is not evidence of this:

with high average volume fueled by a high-profile buyer gambling/investing on the presentation of TLD by NWBO'
that high-profile buyer started exiting his large position

There is evidence supporting this was normal market behavior due to gamblers, a large position holder exiting and somehow NWBO mismanaged things.
