Duh you are confused and forgot you already gave some BS reason. I know you replied to meitze in Post# 29842 explaining that the certification test would be completed on a much shorter timeline. Meaning it had not been completed. This statement is so much BS.
If this third-party was a certification lab that completed the 286 test why would they not certify Nexboard???
If this third-party certified lab did a 286 corner burn test that would mean that XERI would have needed to supply Nexboard sheets to do the 286 corner burn test. Why would Duffy waste this opportunity to get the test completed and certified at time???

No accusation I'm just asking for Duffy to verify his BIO posted on the XERI website by providing the name of the company HE claims to have founded and was CEO of in his original BIO that was changed but never verified. Which was the first lie from Duffy in this SCAM of 4+ years now.

Duffy knows better than to put a name to this BS claim and provide proof of misleading investor information. SEC will be looking at this POS soon enough over their Auctus involvement. Hope Duffy and Crew pay the price for stealing investors money with nothing but BS LIES

BTW anybody with a Linkedin account might try to reach out to Andrew Braverman is who SP2 is referring to. For the hopeful this could be just the bit of truth needed. I don't have an account and have never found anything to link Duffy to WHITE EAGLE INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES or RENAL TECH. He might like to hear these claims that Duffy has made. I mean his sidekick SP2 has made this claim Duffy is smart enough not to incriminate himself.
