A RS would be ambrosia for the short-sellers, period. What NW needs to do is partner, and soon. A nice cash infusion and credibility from BP would sent the SP into the stratosphere and NW would easily up-list onto the likes on NYSE or NASDAQ. People wonder why the SP hasnt appreciated since MAA submission....they just need to look at all the dilution to see why. You cannot have a rising SP when under constant pressure from the outside AND inside. Until approval or partnership, this is dead money.
