Heavy rainfall has led to flooding across Victoria, with emergency warnings current for parts of three regional towns. Residents in parts of Rochester, in the state's north, were asked to evacuate this afternoon, with flooding expected to impact the township tonight and into tomorrow morning. The warning for Rochester comes after residents in parts of Seymour and Yea, in the state's centre, were urged evacuate due to rising floodwaters.
