So that means that any public company operator that fails is a sleazeball. Very interesting. The whole stock market which is based on OPM - the man who spends 24-7 attacking management teams now says any public company operator who isn't successful is a sleazeball. Very interesting.

Delgado's got more problems than just SHMP. His other disaster, GDSI, fined an NT in November and the missing 10-Q STILL hasn't been filed.

At least SHMP files on time...mostly.
