Nonsense. I’ll keep writing this until this straw man disappears as an explanation for the lack of information:

NDAs are used in 99.99% of cases between seller and prospective customer to prevent the use or conversion of the seller’s technology since the prospective customer will have access to it while evaluating the seller’s product. They are not used - in the absence of, for example, possible M&A activity, or other extraordinary situations - as a tool for cloaking the very existence of any collaboration or other commercial relationship. That’s just nonsensical and not how it works.

I have no doubt that LWLG has multiple operative NDAs at the moment, but those NDAs will be in place to protect their tech (and maybe also the potential customer’s tech) during the testing/evaluation stage of the process. What I’m almost certain of - based on 35 years of experience working with NDAs in the bio-tech space - is that LWLG NDAs are NOT legally prohibiting customer and/or LWLG from acknowledging or sharing that they are in the process of evaluating LWLG’s tech.
