No no no no no they are not “only suspended”, the ticker is deleted and for the millionth time, this is NOT an SEC suspension (limited to 10 days) where there have been instances of reinstatement once compliance is achieved. An asset has value and these dead shares do not so they are NOT an asset.

Garbage, bankrupt, derelict, bad faith post.

Sorry the CUSIP number has been suspended.

Bioamber was liquidated & all major assets were sold off. On November 22, 2019, FINRA, (https://www.finra.org/about) the USA Financial Regulatory Authority officially suspended the company's CUSIP registration thus finalizing the outcome for Bioamber & delisting it from all tradeable stock exchanges.

You lost your entire investment.

Hmm LCY’s first year with ESG was 2019 if memory serves not that it matters as the FKA BioAmber shares are suspended due to the company being insolvent, liquidated for a fraction of its liabilities and leaving all of its creditors impaired. The shares can NEVER COME BACK. Do you not understand bankruptcy law?
You have ZERO ties to LCY as it’s privately owned by KKR and you have no ties to KKR or LCYB either.
Your shares are tied to a dead voided nameless corporation that has Zero assets, zero business operations, zero BOD, Zero employees and has upwards of $100 mil of debt attached to it lol

Based on the available information, the CUSIP number 09072Q106 is not considered "active" in the traditional sense of a publicly traded stock.

Here's why:
Bankruptcy and Delisting: BioAmber Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May 2018. As a result, its stock was delisted from both the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). This means the shares are no longer traded on a major public exchange.

Liquidation: The company initiated a liquidation process, selling off its assets to other companies. Reports indicate that this process resulted in little to no residual value for non-secured creditors and no value for equity investors (stockholders).

So, while the CUSIP number still exists as an identifier for the now-defunct company's common stock, it is not "active" in the way a CUSIP for a currently traded security is.

So it isn't an asset - are you going to wait another 7 years waiting for the big payout.
