We are all aware of that sequence. Has nothing to do with a pump and dump. Many of us are still scratching our heads over that one but no, it does not lend any credibility to this idea of a CEO constantly executing pump and dumps simply to line his pockets.

We all heard, at the time, Kim wanted to “cool off” the share price. Why? Have never understood that one.

Why did he announce the reverse split? I think he got WAY ahead of himself, thought they were ready for launch and got himself, the timing, etc screwed up in the process, especially considering they clearly were not ready.

Then, as they were trying to get things sorted out, Covid hit, a world wide pandemic ensued, supply chains and commerce essentially froze all over the world.

Now we know they spent 2023 working to get it “right” and, based on the late 2023 string of PRs, it appears they feel they have. No one is required to believe them. Do some DD and decide if the risk, and potential, reward are worth it.

The past is the past. Learn from it and move forward is what the company is doing, as are investors who are paying attention. Those so heavily scarred by the past, likely due at least in part to their losses, will have a harder time moving forward with the rest of us. They remain bound and determined to blame someone for their investment choices.

So yes, we are all aware of the run to $0.50 and odd sequence of events that followed. Not sure that constitutes any pattern of deceit and certainly is not related in any way to the constant claims of this being nothing more than a pump and dump scheme.

“Anyone with a brain could plainly see”

…. That anyone who constantly bashes any stock is more than likely paid to do so?

Why would anyone with half a brain, who thinks they have it all figured out, continue to hang out here otherwise? NOBODY hangs out on the OTC to protect other investors. Come now. We’re all big kids.

Let’s just call it what it is: Posts for pay, each and every day…
