During the timeframe between April and July 2019, the share price went from around 6 cents to 50 cents and then back down to around 20 cents (and has dropped down to 3 cents since then).
In April 2019, the Douchebag CEO posted a PR about Polartec (which caused the share price to rise appreciably).

Three months later, in July 2019, the Scumbag CEO submitted an 8-K filing to the SEC mentioning a reverse split for the first time (which caused the share price to plummet).
"To approve a reverse stock split of our issued and outstanding Class A Stock by a ratio of not less than one-for-ten and not more than one-for-forty (the “Reverse Split”) at any time prior to July 23, 2020"
It has been almost 5 years, and neither of those events have happened yet. Anyone with a brain could plainly see that those (fake) actions were BS meant to manipulate the share price.
