Last night ,his real name is Roger, called me again to see if I wanted to sell the 5 million restricted shares my dad and I own.Most securities firms do not accept paper shares from penny stocks and we have yet to get an attorney and document everything and get them in a firm .They were bought for 20,000 or .004 many years ago when IFUS needed money to survive.It was not a discount at .004,that was the current pps at the time.Quite frankly we knew what we were doing and for years considered it dead money.
He told me he could write a check right away and I could avoid the expense and hassles and get cash.Out of curiosity I asked him how much and he said $40,000.,that is double what you paid for them.I asked him if he knew what IFUS did or what the current pps was and he said no,he just was calling for our shares.
