1) to gain a likely HUGE settlement or judgement.
(and do you think the other infringers would be as unafraid of Amazon and as likely to delay as they have been of VP??)
2) to force their COMPETITORS to have to license the patents they would now own

If Amazon buys the company, then they are taking on all these MASSIVE lawsuits themselves?? Why would they do this?

That’s okay - then they’ll just reprice the options like they did last time (from .025 to .005!)

As I have remarked before, the crooks behind this evident scam rely more on volume than they do on price to make their money.

Hence the breathless pimping on this very message board, some of it created by the recipients of these cheap and frequently repriced options.
