#127176 RE: InvestorinAZ #127175

These companies aren't "afraid".....you penny stockers like to believe the world rotates around you, but companies this size are probably in over 30 lawsuits right now each. So, delays happen.
Now, what you should be more concerned about is....why did Rich Inza tell you about a positive result in a small case (that amounted to no money), but not mention the one case they settled back in (was it?) July?
It was sealed, although based on their recent filings, they did get some "go away" money, and YET not a word about sharing it with the shareholders.
I dunno, maybe it's because of this?? But can't say for sure. Do you have an opinion on it? Your entire investment is based on it, so you should.

We have not declared a dividend on our common stock, and we do not anticipate the payment of dividends in the near future as we intend to reinvest our profits to grow our business. There are no restrictions in our articles of incorporation or bylaws that restrict us from declaring dividends. The Nevada Revised Statutes, however, prohibit us from declaring dividends where, after giving effect to the distribution of the dividend:

we would not be able to pay our debts as they become due in the usual course of business; or

our total assets would be less than the sum of our total liabilities, plus the amount that would be needed to satisfy the rights of shareholders who have preferential rights superior to those receiving the distribution.
