We all know they need capital. It’s been said ad nauseam here. ST3 has been promoting his preferred shares for years. There seems to be be some rumbling that ‘maybe’ he got some financing or capital raise but it remains to be seen.
It’s all the the filings. He wants / needs 35 mil or so to bring his plan to fruition.
The BPI and Prime One thing was linked to any sort of wins in Tuskegee or Birmingham. That has gone silent. So this has seem to have moved over to Vume and BII and Tekmovil and leveraging their revenues after an acquisition. Still remains to be seen and well past his initial theory of Oct and November. (Let’s also not talk about that uplift in December … again that was missed).
So March is where the can is kicked for now which is his last deadline for tekmovil payments.

We know they need money. And he also needs to release this on small doses to work out the bugs (we’ve been saying).
The guy wants to go big… there are a lot of things that need to come together and we aren’t privy to that info. So we wait.
Like I said, if Roy is worth 300 mil and he’s now a president of a division, maybe he is the lead for private investments… who knows.
