GZFX shareholders are just that..they hold shares of gameznflix..and that is all--the investment in london international television was..or is an investment..until a filing stating otherwise...so we don't own any part of london international television as of now--gnf entertainment is a part of gameznflix...but again..until there is a filing..all shareholders of gameznflix are left in the dark on that one..because there is no way in telling how accounts payable..or receivables are taken--much the same with gnfdigital--that is why i refer to restructuring...so as of now...anyone that holds shares of GZFX...holds shares of gameznflix only..until something else is stated

what.. if any "we" own is a return on investment via london international...if we are getting recievables from gnfentertainment...or gnfdigital..then we own that as well..eh?(receivables that is..lol)...same as payables(if any)..etc...etc---so look at the latest pr..some excerpts(sp?):

so do you see the set up?...it is a seperate entity(imo)...that we hold(majority?) as of now(imo)..and label it as a division(imo) --until there is an officer list....and when all defaults are removed from registrant status(company status..etc)....i only know what is in front of my face..and speculate on anything other than such--so many things can happen...gnf entertainment can remain a division....and as a GZFX shareholder..you will or would be entitled to all benefits from receivables..etc...it may be spun off..and you as a GZFX shareholder may be entitled to a portion of that via a dividend in the the form of shares..or cash.....or it may remain...and be sold off and you may or may not receive anything form that transaction-----or....you could see some form of reverse merger..share restructure etc....affiliated with mentioned above or others----this is why i got so excited several months ago when a spotted gnf entertainment llc....i saw more risk associated with gameznflix stock...and much reward as well..an llc..or trust...shields the creditors..and liability...boooyya

nutshell.....we own a portion gameznflix in the form of stock...and gnf entertainment network is a division of that...and that is all----wait till the filing for facts...speculate on all else,....but most of all...have a great day!
