I view the whole deal like DARDEN Restaurants.They have OLIVE GARDENS, RED LOBSTERS and a few others. As these Restaurants go, DARDEN corporation goes. GAMES N FLIX is the Company and GNFNET, etc. are divisions. We own them the way I see it. The divisions will operate and have seperate P & L etc. However when all is said and done they are under our umbrella.
mayby they'll go the way of new market technologies and spin all this off into subsidiaries and offer shareholders dividends in the form of stock shares.
