I applaud your diligent research. And, no, I’m not even close to your deep digging. I do notice that the two AmplifyBio listings i.e. one has VAI and the other NAI:

“No action indicated (NAI), which means no objectionable conditions or practices were found during the inspection, Voluntary action indicated (VAI), which means objectionable conditions or practices were found, but the agency is not prepared to take or recommend any administrative or regulatory action.”

Am I reading correctly because the sting has been removed?

Dstock, these are pre-clinical inspections. Many of the new chemical entities that are tested here don't even make it to clinical nevermind approval.
