My pantry has been restored with Jiffy. It's easier for me to have a box on hand then all the ingredients to make it. Our son offered to buy us a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for Xmas. I threatened him to not even think about it.

I settled for a Cuisinart air fryer / toaster oven instead.
