Why, after mankind has experienced two world wars, and countless smaller ones ever not want to use diplomacy and a collective body like the United Nations to resolve issues. Only a fool calls for a destruction of an enemy. Germany, Japan, Italy, are still apart of the world.
Trump was pathetic on the world stage. The entire world was laughing at him and wondering how America could elect such a weak man. Trump could not even command a conversation or engage a plan to move issues forward.
