We have been going back and forth with FINRA for about a week now on the second submission and follow ups. The last two items that we are pending right now is the confirmation of the trail of controlling directors since the inception of the company, which dates to 2006. Luckily there haven’t been too many control changes but finding an initial documentation from 2006 has been a bit of challenge. We expect this to be wrapped up very soon as well. https://us8.campaign-archive.com/?u=01dfb61f85a9c964ad0da88ea&id=19c7d7fe3a A responsible company would have entered all pertinent information upon application to finra for an "aggressive" name/ticker change, instead of using the application as pump bait like they did with the India application, and last scam iteration's application to bid on government contracts. They have played this finra crap for a year now. Sister scam rshn played the finra card for years before 'fessing up and abandoning shareholders. Thoughts?
