It may not be an issue of good faith and more a practical one.

If I were in their shoes and wanted the stock to get back to a healthy and/or revenue producing (diluting) state..

Would I leave it to the end of the year when all is winding down or the beginning?

We don't know..

Personally have not seen any evidence of wool being pulled over shareholders eyes..

Time will tell..

If one sets certain standards or guidelines, they must be followed every time.

If Squirrely allows a girlfriend to treat him like a chump, w/o any pushback, then Squirrely should get used to being treated like a chump. Isn't Squirrely indeed a chump if he allows himself to be treated like one?

I agree. January 1st demanding accountability is not only acceptable ... it's required.
