It may not be an issue of good faith and more a practical one.

Who knows if that is an accounting one or..

Maybe it is strategic.

If I were in their shoes and wanted the stock to get back to a healthy and/or revenue producing (diluting) state..

Would I leave it to the end of the year when all is winding down or the beginning?

We don't know..

Personally have not seen any evidence of wool being pulled over shareholders eyes..

Time will tell..

I'm happy.. just hope it doesn't go on too long..
