I think that they would not even take the case. You know, State's right's and stuff.

We'll see what happens but nobody is crossing their fingers. I'd rather have that clown on the ballot then the other fascists warming up in the on deck circle.

I *love* how the Colorado decision directly quotes Neil Gorsuch's *STATE'S RIGHTS* opinions.

I mean, Gorsuch will probably turn into a sniveling hypocrite and reject his own argument, but it's a nice touch from his former stomping grounds.
