You are correct. The 60min chart is working. I can't/won't look at charts every 60 minutes and choose to stick with the daily time frame.

BTW, since their is no Stockcharts $BPxxx for the Russell, I have been looking for something close. I have settled on the $BPNYA. What do you think about this? Close enough?
