Did you notice, he even admitted in the same post, there was no deadline to vote by Dec 18th, 11:59 am, Dec 18th, but rather it was recommended to do so. And he ends it with "End of discussion.

I've never specified that deadline. Check your fact checker. Show me one post where I specified the deadline was at "11:59am."
