Yup. Sawston is a physical facility. about 15k (?) sq ft have been renovated into a state of the art biologic manufacturing facility that is under long term leas to Advent for $150K a year or so. The rest is random office/factory space that at last valuation was shell.

Advent presently has contracts with NWBO to manufacture for specials. All we know of those terms is that NWBO is paying $11M a year and receiving about $1.5M a year in revenue. There is an unknown minimum capacity that NWBO is paying for, past that we have no idea what the price would be.

We know they have a framework contract in place where Advent can elect to submit SOWs to Advent for projects at 15% cost+.

That is it. There is nothing other than that . The idea that NWBO has some magic hold over that property is pure BS. NWBO is no more than a landlord and CDMO customer of Advent.

And the price has not been cheap.
