If I own let’s say 100k dollars of NWBO , what is my ownership in Sawston and what’s is percentage profit in Sawston I am entitled to . I am sure with your DD you can point me to any such document which can be held accountable .

Sawston does not do anything. Its the same as if you would say Bayshore Business Center (in SF) represents a scalable model for manufacturing to blabla
