Not counting the naked shorted shares pile, having been build up during a decade long quest of trying to prevent NWBO to getting DCvax-L to patients.
Personally I shall refrain complaining about this and just point it out as a fact, which is of course why, Laura Posner and Joshua Mitts have been trying so hard "at the sideline" during the lawsuit, to knock down the door for tracing naked shorted shares and expanding the lawsuit from being about spoofing only.
