Joseph, you are missing one feature on SAVA offering re shorts which were at 40% last week: shorts are responsible for dividends which are zero today, but at $50 in a month costs the shorts $17/share....changes the calculus and profit/loss equation....too bad Remi didn't learn from the meme stock that issued dividend by blockchain
Genius. Induce a pump and then dump the shares onto warrant exercisers to raise cash at a higher price. The other shoe to drop: those warrants will also serve nicely as a short hedge. The shorting will obviously occur above the $33 exercise price. You are going to see some serious volatility there.
Best “legal” pump and dump scheme I’ve seen. Nobody can plausibly allege the company did anything other than collaterally incentivize the market to carry it out, while raising capital.
