tatsu, is AD still considered an activist since he's accomplished his mission? A 13 G is a short form and can be filed instead of a 13D.
Do you actually believe Sarissa would jeopardize their position in amrn with every one of his crew on the BoD by NOT filing the proper forms with the SEC if they sold any of their shares?
