Think since Lebby stated that he is trying to complete additional deals by year end but can't guarantee they will do so people just assume if not completed by year end will be done by next month. Just like people assumed if tech transfer was not completed by ASM it would be completed shortly after. 7 months later and still waiting on that.
Oh come now…..Lebby indicated they are quite far along in their negotiations for more commercial deals. (Plural) and they hope to close something before year end. Let’s pretend he does not…. Then he will close soon after. Nobody makes such statements just to make investors happy in the short term. All credibility will go down the drain. Lebby’s reputation means something to himself and to the industry and as far as reputation in the industry is concerned, he would never take the risk to make such a statement without some substance behind the press release and statements.
