I should also add, and I have mentioned this before, but I think MS is in bed with Sarissa. Their transactions always seem inexplicably linked.
Back when Sarissa first had millions of shares go “missing” from their filings (which was explained as transactions between other entities), MS happened to become a major shareholder around the same time. Then when the shares “re-emerged” in Sarissa’s filings, MS suddenly had a huge sale.
Fast forward to this filing, and again the timing is very closely linked to Sarissa’s new purchases.
Not saying there is anything wrong with this. They are Sarissa’s broker. Just an interesting observation.
