I try my best to be open minded and give the benefit of the doubt....
I have put in effort with CashX and that was easy for me. I have only found one picture of their kiosks online and I liked the way it looked. But when there is no-one to talk to at their "office" and emails not answered or answered a couple of days late asking me for more information so they can have someone from the "right department" talk to me. All I asked for is a location where I can view their kiosk in person in the USA or a brochure, why respond to my email with questions about me. That is BS !!!
Adaptive also doesn't have a phone number to contact them, only through their website. If you have government contracts you should have a phone number!
this is the email I received from CashX after talking to IR @ Xalles Holdings;

Thank you for your interest in CashX, could you please supply further information so we can direct your email to the appropriate person;
Are you an existing ATM distributor or operator ?
How many ATM do you operate ?
Please supply your company name, address and web site.
Which area/location are you interested in ?

note: this email from CashX was two days later and less than an hour later after talking to Xalles Holdings.

I would like more information on the kiosks offered from CashX, it shouldn’t be the other way around!!!! I am already irritated since on your website it says “visit us” and I did yet no-one from CashX was available.
Once again, I am interested in your kiosks and would like more information and especially a location in the USA where I can see one in person.
