I try my best to be open minded and give the benefit of the doubt....
I have put in effort with CashX and that was easy for me. I have only found one picture of their kiosks online and I liked the way it looked. But when there is no-one to talk to at their "office" and emails not answered or answered a couple of days late asking me for more information so they can have someone from the "right department" talk to me. All I asked for is a location where I can view their kiosk in person in the USA or a brochure, why respond to my email with questions about me. That is BS !!!
Adaptive also doesn't have a phone number to contact them, only through their website. If you have government contracts you should have a phone number!
