Bolio, take a look at my follow-up post to that. I was not referring to scientific evidence, I was referring to the fact that when a patient TAKES Vascepa, they don't necessarily SEE any immediate evidence of it working (even when it is) - which can cause them to stop taking it.

You likely need special-request blood work to see the results in action (EPA serum levels, LP(a), etc.). And *not* having a heart attack is hard to quantify for people. I used the example of high cholesterol (statins), diabetes (insulin/blood sugar), infections (anti-biotics), etc where the results are quick and apparent.
