I stated the reason why I believe Amarin has never pushed this and likely never will. They know it
eliminates the exclusivity of their product as EPA is widely available in supplements and generics. Blood EPA levels wont differentiate from Rx sourced EPA, supplement EPA, or dietary EPA. Doctors will simply push patients to the cheapest EPA they can find if Amarin comes out and promotes Reduce It shows that "EPA/AA and total blood EPA in X range = CVD benefit" . Instead they avoid saying that and muddy the waters with "pleiotropic effects" deriving the benefits which nobody can measure hoping to protect their sales.

From a human health perspective, it should be more widely known. Anyone invested in Amarin loses more.
