Anything under their control may be a better way for me to put it.
A decision on MTD would be made, and notified, by the court, and is not under NWBO's control. So that could happen anytime.

Hate to say it, but going on nwbo's history of missed, delayed, and poorly pr'd deadlines, ain't anything else happening in 2023. They screwed the pooch again...and missed every single one of the last 3 or 4 pr's from hell...
