You're confusing what I'm saying. I searched for "List of SPACs that gave their target company dividends" and didn't find anything. Unless I'm pointed to info otherwise, it doesn't happen. Why did CC give us anything?

I haven't even searched for SPACs that have "make whole" provisions that guarantee the original company investors get the full value. Ever hear of that?

I haven't even searched for SPACs that fund their takeover target for 36 Months so further ops can continue. Why would CC insist on that?

Your example of a RS would only happen if both ENZC and the new company flatlined. ENZC might after those 36 Months, but why would they send the Subs to Nasdaq on their own if they don't have anything? Somebody / BP wants them on Nasdaq because they don't want to associate themselves with the Dirty Pinks, in my opinion...

Hence the NDA's that will be unsealed as they are launching on Nasdaq...

Yea, God forbid they give us any real details awhile. That’s why you don’t see the pps doing anything either since that .13 pump and dump on the initial news, bc people on the sidelines have no idea if they can even still buy it at this point and be part of the dividend. Nothing but questions and confusion always surrounding this thing. And they could easily correct that but chose not to. Just further examples of how poorly this is run and how these guys really don’t care about retail investors at this stage.

I found it amusing that the SAGA lawsuit response this week argued that under Delaware law they aren’t even required by law to meet any fiduciary duty to their shareholders. Pretty much clear as day stating “we don’t care about our shareholders and the law states we don’t have to”.
