The most plausible explanation for "additional safety follow up" is a participant missed their last safety visit, which the CRO had to rectify.
If it wasn't done in a timely manner, I hope we stop using this CRO. They've been slow and sloppy. Hoping for TLR in a few weeks, but a full review and thorough analysis first.
