I remain in the camp that he offers more information than many here who think his observations are only geared to offset the bullish "locked in opinion" here.
Brain bleed may be an acceptable and even "approved" biomarker when there are no alternatives, but anyone that wants to hold their head high, should recognize that Anavex is easily the better alternative. Many more sins are covered when you throw in drug costs and maintenance costs, including the time investment. Picking on the shortcomings of Anavex's AB42/40 blood biomarker as an imperfect correlation to PET, is calloused in light of what that article got exactly right....in speaking to brain bleeding and deaths, of all things.
If Lecanemab beats Blarcamesine head to head in any way, then it would behoove those offering "more information" to make such comparisons. I haven't seen that happening?
That article made claims, so if they are wrong, make the point(s). Beyond the statistical errors and optimistic time to approval etc.
Do we know exactly who... is a sales rep for Biogen here on Ihub? I'm only using that as an example, to ask how well do we know those we praise? How would what they say, be slanted? We don't know what we don't know, so all angles should be considered. So I ask for what makes one drug, better than another. I take nothing for granted, and have no personal criticism for doc, investor2014, george, or bas etc.
