I searched some things on the internet and it seems niocorp didn’t release the required documents so that europeans can trade the warrants. They are required to file an ‘essencial information document’ (essentieel-informatiedocument) which contains the risks, returns, … of the warrants in order to make the warrants available for trading in Europe.
