I got the same answer from my broker Lynx, they have no idea what to do next (since I have some NIOBW in my portfolio, bought in 20222!).

(NIOBW) - I have been able to and can still buy NIOBW through Fidelity, however I am in the USA so guessing that is likely why.
I bought some more NIOBW warrants today.
