There is no need to follow each roll of the dice in this bankruptcy. Perhaps, Congress will change Bankruptcy laws to limit how many times one can roll the dice in Bankruptcy. The UK Judges' focus on the roll of the dice in their courtrooms and finality. In America, Judges walk away or retire and never say the magic word, finality:
